We exist to help the children of Kentucky maintain their sense of pride and self-confidence by providing free customized hair replacement for kids who have suffered hair loss due to cancer or other life changing events.

Jay is originally from Loretto, Ky. and now resides in Lawrenceburg, Ky. with his wife, Angie and their five children. He holds degrees in radiology, nursing and public health. Jay has always thought about doing missionary work and while at a rock n roll festival in Oklahoma, he met a group of people who raised money for cancer research after a friend passed away from breast cancer. "Since that festival, I have been thinking of a way I can help cancer patients and give back to the community." After meeting Angie, they quickly discovered how they could work together to meet a common goal while helping others. Anjay's Kids was founded in March 2013.
Founder & President
Adams was born and raised in Lexington, KY and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Landscape Architecture. After graduation, Adams worked for an international planning and landscape architecture firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL where he gained planning, design and construction experience on projects all over the world. He moved back to Lexington in 2010 to begin a career in commercial real estate with NAI Isaac. Since then, Adams has consistently increased the scale, breadth and productivity of his commercial real estate practice for the benefit of his clients.
F. Darrell Mattingly Jr. is a web designer and developer with ILSSA and NSCS at the University of Kentucky’s Human Development Institute. Prior to his work at HDI, Darrell was a server administrator and webmaster for the several projects in the University of Kentucky’s Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation Counseling. He has had considerable experience related to assistive technology given that he has cerebral palsy. He has experience working as a teaching assistant and a research assistant for The University of Kentucky. In his free time, he serves on both statewide and local councils to advance the disability community locally and state wide. He is also pursuing his passion of the martial arts, obtaining the rank of nidan in Tracy’s Kenpo Karate. Darrell received two Bachelor’s Degrees in 1995 from The University of Kentucky—Computer Science and Mathematical Science with a minor in statistics.
F. Darrell Mattingly, Jr.
Christina was raised in Winchester, KY and currently resides in Versailles, KY with her husband, Griffin, and 5 of their children. As a Benefit Advisor, Christina works with companies in Central Kentucky and Louisville to assist them with their employee benefit program to attract and retain good talent. Working with nonprofit organizations is very important to Christina and she works closely with the Kentucky Nonprofit Network Association to market their health insurance plans. Christina has over 7 years of experience in employee benefit compliance and consumer driven healthcare administration as well as 14 years in management and human resources. She also serves on the board for the Central Kentucky Association of Health Underwriters.
